Who to R4 - Void (sig level 100) vs. Cap IW (unawakened)?

Finally got enough t4cc to bring one of these 5*s to R4. I've completed Act 5 and am working on exploration. I also need the champ for all other parts of the game (AQ, AW, EQ, etc.). I've got 5* Starky and GP already at R4. Thanks in advance.

Cap is pretty handy but I think Id go with Void. He will help you a ton.

cap is good unduped, but i wouldn't choose him over duped void until he is himself duped

Void especially with a sig that high, not that Captain America iw is bad he's awesome and really handy it's just your void is duped and high sig level and will thrive and melt your opponents and in the right builds and teams cause all kinds of havoc especially if they regain.

I just recently had this exact same choice and I went with void and it was totally worth it.
