Corvus doesn't get his charges

I've noticed that Corvus isn't get his charges after completing his missions. It doesn't even show the symbol on his avatar.

It works, thanks again.

I have had this problem in story mode as well and restarting didnt fix it i even restarted left the mission and came back once that didnt even work
