Why the first 5-10 hits on UNSTOPPABLE COLOSSUS, Juggernaut, Luke Cage causing no damage at all ?

My Champ hit on Mephisto 30+ times but he still stay at 100% health, why?

Power Shield. Prove Yourself. Indestructible. Duel. Many many reasons.

UNSTOPPABLE COLOSSUS & JUGGERNAUT in AW especially hard to fight against, the first 5-10hits they did not even move 1 inch backward.

Because they are unstoppable. you can hit them and they will lose health but they won't back off. It's their ability. Read about those in their description.
