Use them on your other champs or on your second Symbiote.

They're basically useless now, seeing as you have your symbiote maxed.

Not everybody is able to complete Master or Uncollected. So if you keep questing you get more catalysts. But yes, they are useless now.

Funnily enough the rewards for fully exploring all difficulties provides you with enough Katalysts exactly double the amount it takes to max him out. Are we getting another one later on that we can fuse with our current one providing an awesome awakened ability?

In all seriousness though, they are probably just useless.
