If my joe fixit is already Sig 99 and I get him again, will I get a max Sig level crystal?

Not through arena, no.

Note this only applies to duping champs with the basic arena. Featured arenas are full dupes that result in all the appropriate awards.

assuming you already have the champ in question...

basic 4* gets you only +1 sig and nothing else; no ISO, gold, etc.

featured 4* will get you +20 sig, gold, ISO, but no max sig crystals and only 100 5* shards (as opposed to the 275 you get from duping via crystals)
