Who should i rank up

i have a 4*Hyperion rank 4/5 or 4* Ghost Rider Rank 1/5 ( neither Of Them Duped )

both are good unduped but I use Ghost Rider more often so id pick him, but its really down to preference and i'm sure many more would pick Hyperion because his power gain, incinerate and regen, also worth taking into account if you already have a ranked poison immune or bleed immune and ranking the opposite so you can cover both basis.
