Need mature and capable players of restructuring.

Our Alliance has recently changed due to some members leaving and our Leader stepping down due to personal reasons. I am currently the Leader (age 54 in Texas), and am looking for quite a few mature minded and capable players to balance out some dead weight. The app Line is mandatory in our Alliance. This past season we were only Silver 1 ( booo!), however next season looking to pull at least 3 Wars weekly. AQ will be focused upon less than Wars , but looking to run at least Map 4’s during the War season. Quite a few of us have been in game for 3+ years, and are able to consistently pull their weight. There are a few that have lagged or personal issues have occurred in their lives detracting from game play.
