How quickly does iCap’s sig ability scale?

Just duped him as a 5*. I have 42 science stones. Is there a point of diminishing returns or should I dump all 42 in and keep going?

My Sig 99 4* is 100% but sig 70 5* is only around 57%. So the 5* is a super slow scale but will eventually reach 100%.
