Pixelbook - MCOC not available?

I'm an owner of a pixelbook. It's googles flagship chromebook and somehow google play is missing MCOC.

What's the reason for it?

I know for a fact that other chromebooks are able to install it.

If the app isn't available from the Google Play store then it is likely not compatible with your device.
