Killmonger sp3 ready at start of fight

Very strange thing happened just a minute ago so I wanted to share it here. Can't find anything remotely resembling what I just experienced on the forum or YouTube. During an arena fight it was my Nebula vs Killmonger. I has the synergy with proxima that starts her with ten shock charges at the beginning of the fight. I parried immediately at the run-in and this is right when it happened so I can't tell exactly what happened because it was so fast, but killmonger INSTANTLY powered up to to three bars and smashed the sp3 button. I got a screenshot of the teams at the end of the round. Crazy wierd! What am I missing or was this a bug? If anyone figures it out please let us know. Really odd....

That would be correct. Inflicting 10 Shock debuffs, plus the Stun all at once would give him a big spike in Power because of his passive. An Armor Break would disable his Vibranium Armor though.
