If you need to ask if you have a good roster, you aren’t ready for 5.2.

You have good champions, now just take your time to 100% Act 4. You should have at least one rank 4 5* at your level. When I got to level 53 I had two r4 5*s. Work on that 100% (it will be life consuming), then you'll be alright. Be part of a decent alliance that's organized maybe doing map 5 one day every week (then map 3). Also save your crystals for masteries. You don't have much good bleed champions and next AW season they nerfed all bleed champions. So don't focus on Gwenpool, Blade, AA, x-23, Wolverine etc for a bit. Also don't spend your units on Deep Wounds, because of how AW will be that's just a bad idea. That's just my opinion, good luck bud.
