Champ rank ups

Hi guys can someone help me .i have corvus and domino at rank 4 40/40 but ive seen others with champs at the same rank and level higher than mine .my corvus is about 3356 and the other persons is 39- - can someone tell me how to get my champs to that .Thank

Mastery set ups increase a champions PI. Don't worry about that number though it doesn't really mean anything unless you're in an endgame alliance. Champs like Wolverine has really low PI but are still great champions while phoenix has top-tier PI but is pretty average
