I have two accounts that I play with in the same alliance on both my phone and my ipad. Even though im the only one that logs into both onto each device would this still be considered piloting under the terms of service? I do log into both accounts on both devices.

The people who are getting popped bought accounts, were given ones or they let one or more people use them which counts as account sharring and piolting in some cases as long as you dont do anything like that you will be fine

Does piloting makes you gain more points in Alliance War, winning Event Quest or winning Story Quest?
Why would someone do piloting ?
Its when you have a more skilled player than yourself log in and fight for you in AW

More or less. "Piloting" is short for "piloting someone else's account." A lot of people seem confused by the term because they think it has something to do with playing an account other than your primary account. For example, this account is my main, and this one over here I just pilot. But piloting refers to piloting an account that doesn't belong to you, and it is simply a type of account sharing. You are not allowed to let others play your account, or play someone else's account. "Piloting" is just what people call the case where someone plays actual content on someone else's account, often but not exclusively in things like alliance war.
They said that they got poped just for having multiple accounts and kept spouting it everywhere but in the end they never ever proved it.
Then after awhile it spread around everywhere until paranoia set in, some players fueled this by warning other players about it despite all the evidence that proves otherwise and despite the fact that they provide none to prove what they said and it constantly kept happening and the lol police didn't agree with it but again never provided evidence.
Account sharring is just sharring you account with one or more people outside of war for the most part, it's basically just other people using an account that is not yours not matter how you acquired it or them.
Piolting is basically the same but it is mostly taking place inside the war where one or more person of any skill level is just using these accounts for whatever reason and it gets flagged by their detection systems due to their records and data not matching the information kabam has and piolting is just both of them in one no matter how they acquired it or them.
It's simple really.
Don't buy someone elses account or accounts.
Don't use someone else's account even if they just gave it to you or said I quit and definitely don't bring it into the war if you did this because it will hurt both you and your alliance.
Don't use anyone elses accounts for any reason and don't let anyone else use yours for any reason because you will get caught and you may get banned (temporarily or permanently) and your alliance will get docked.
If you also hack or mod or use bots during these you're screwed and eventually they may make the puinshments more severe for them which they need to do as a deterrent to stop it all.
If your alliance does get docked and your leader says no I didn't get anything then they are most likely lying since the one time something did happen because of new members.
Before the season 4-5 new people joined within the first 2-3 wars of the season they got us poped which never ever happened to us before since we're always clean for the most part ( occasionally some people did hack but we quickly spotted them but that's a different thing entirely.)
I got a message and was ticked off imensesly and we went about investigating it all to see who it was that was responsible after much drama and all that not so good stuff that comes with kabam giving the leader 0 information about it.
Anyway we narrowed it down to those and we figured that it was one or more of 5 new members but really had no evidence more of a gut feeling and the fact that it happened when they joined and somethings didn't really add up when we looked at them.
So to be safe we kicked them and never received one for the rest of the season and some of those we removed have had 0 activity since then and we have had 0 vilolations since then and yes both my accounts are still there.
Again I have had 2 accounts in the same alliance for over a year before, they've both been in the wars, they've both been in the same groups, hell I even ran dungeons with them.
I've had numerous conversations with kabam on it on and off these forums, they send me emails about offers and notifications about both on this phone.
We've never had an issue with it before the seasons, never had an issue during the seasons before and after we got docked and both my accounts are still in the same alliance and have participated in wars after it happened ( plus I contacted kabam) and I know it was not because of me for so many reasons.
I am the one who created them.
I am the only one who is using them.
They are both tied to me via email, one Google play one kabam account and stay that way despite me switching ti multiple devices since I either break or upgrade many times and we have had 0 issues with account sharring/ piolting so that isn't the issue either ( kabam already indicatinted this a billion times now)
The data that they collect via thrid party apps and themselves match, so does my assigned kabam id ( yes they do assign ID'S to them) my personal data if any is connected to whatever they take ( age, birthdate, gender, location, timezone, etc)
If none of these match then you will get popped, if your leader says they didn't get anything then there is a good chance that they are either involved or know who is doing, if no one is coming forward and you continue to get docked then you are fools you must deal with as quickly as you can if not then kabam will drop your alliance into the ground and not care one iota about so it's up to your alliance to figure out who and cut the cancer and if not then bail on them and watch their destruction.
It's really as simple as all this, I just wish kabam would give leadership more information to the leaders to help figure out who it is but that is a different matter all together.
