Free miles morales for level 25 and above

Can the leve 25 and above get a 3 or 4 star miles morales. And can everybody else get a 2 star version

Stop asking for free 4 stars just because they are your favourite champions, just stop.

If you get a 4* Miles, should I get a 4* awakening gem at level 40?
