    I think you need the Klyntar mutation buff to be active to stop him from evading...he might have disabled yours for some time

    Looks like that Spider-Man is on a buffet node. There have been lots of posts about this recently. As stated above, you need the klyntar buff to stop evade. Buffet eats up the klyntar buff so Spider-Man will evade like normal without that buff.

    Every 8-9 seconds. Definitely slower than buffet refreshes
