Roster help please

Ok so I am uncollected and only have act 5.3+ remaining and rttl/lol.. I am in an alliance that i enjoy playing with so I probably have stalled my own growth. We are in silver one and do map3 aq. I am debating on taking one of my champs to r4 or just expanding my r3 5* roster... that being said I feel like hood and venom are my best options for r4. I already have x23 and nebula at r4 and I'm 900 shards shigh of my first 6* crystal. What would you do with this roster?

Note I have more champs than this the list is filtered for the classes I have t4cc in

I personally like Hela, but if you want it between hood and venom id go with venom

No wrong answers I just wanted some opinions I like hela too, but that would be another t4cc before I could r4. But it is an option
