I was wrongfully permabanned PLEASE HELP

I truly hope an admin sees this and contacts me because my 2+ year account that i worked soo hard to get to where it was has been permabanned with absolutley no reason. NEVER have i gave away my account info and i think the problem arrised when i logged into my work phone than from my home phone. I do not know if that constitutes as account sharing because it is not and shouldnt be. Only i can access my account noone else can, I sent an email but they are treating it as a generic cry for help. Please help me get my account back i should not have gotten permenently banned.
