    I am unsure but it seems like PHCs earned through quests has a higher chance to yield 4* champs.

    I'm just sick of getting the same lame 2 stars repeatedly. Would like to see a change in characters.

    Well at one point you will stop caring about pulling them from premiums it seems bad now but you honestly wont have to rely on them later on unless you just want them to have higher odds anyway.
