    Honestly, I voted yes but if you're between taking a 5* duped Cap IW to r5 and a 6* unduped to r2... You do the 5*. His signature is great but it really needs to be very high to work reliably.

    He's awesome and simple. Overall a great champ you can easily learn, get in, and destroy people with. One of the best science champs.
