OG Vision Synthesis [edited for clarity]

the 5* og vision doesn't worth a single unit to me since his synthetis is nerfed even at sig 200 the 4* can reach 2.5 bars at sig 100

the 5* should reach the same value 2.5 bar or something like a hit less than sp3 but 50% power not great
