Does the Recoup boost allow healing for the poison? I know it worked for Iceman's coldsnap.

It does, but poison naturally decreases healing by 30%

When you get too many poison stacks (which reduce healing effectiveness), recoup won’t recover fast enough. Maybe pop a tenacious boost (which has a high chance to shrug off debuffs) too if u can afford it.

You should heal, but keep in mind that poison also reduces healing by 30% per stack. So even though recoup will try to heal you, if that poison stacks it’s still going to knock you out.
