Unresponsive controls

My attacks are not registering 60% oof the time causing me too loose a lot of health. Every time I get an opening to hit, my champion just stands there waiting to get him again. Is anyone else having this issue?

April 19th 2017. That's the day I first posted about and had over 30k views with over 1.2k comments. They then started the "Android lag" and "IOS lag" pages after that and still nothing has been done to fully address this issue.
