P99 is a bad champion. He’s ok but ok isn’t worth the shards to pull anymore. Now on paper he has a good spread of abilities but there’s 2 major downsides to his character.
1. THE BATTERY! Specifically Overdrive.
•Each battery percent always gives the attack increase.
•Overdrive is a a set back when it wears off. 90% power reduction on the enemy as it is now. Keep 100% battery attack boost while it drains unable to gain more battery except with Sp1. That’s the only way to offset this.
2. What you can spend battery on is meh.
• Heavy should drain 20%, give concussion as well as stun. He’s a deranged brutal peace keeper…
•Sp2, no one is using this for anti-evade… or at all! Swap the Evade-ignore for better armor break. That 20% drain is worthless. That armor break can also be enhanced a bit. Weaken the armor break slightly but have up to 2 more added each for an additional 10% drain and have them all extended.
•DISINTERGRATE SUCKS! Remove it, make it stronger to be worth such a huge attack boost from the battery, or add extra effects cause it’s really pathetic
Side-note. Could totally see a Dash Back - Hold Block activating a safeguard for like 25% battery or even 35% battery
