PHC super buffed?

ok so, when i first started this game (Feb 2018) i used to get for every like 50 premium crystals 1 4 star and it used to suck, literally, well now we're in late october and look what i got in a span of 2 weeks (i did arena once , 4* basic, and got 1m so didnt get that many milestones for PHC shards) hence i didnt open a ton of them, maximum like 20 and this is what i got. of course im not sad about it lol i was just wondering if it's happening in general or just luck

You'll have times where you get a bunch and times where you don't get any. Over time it will average 2%.
