Additional Armor from Willpower vs. heal block

If you have Willpower mastery and get heal blocked, do you still benefit form the additional armor you are supposed to get from that mastery or? I have never seen it discussed here.. Is the heal block able to cancel that extra armor? I hope not.. Never seen anyone test it.. It's not much armor but every lil bit helps..

    I don't think it would as heal block just blocks healing.

    That's what i'd figure but if willpower never triggers, is the armor passively added to the armor total? Or is the additional armor only available when Willpower is activated? The mastery description doesn't go into that much detail..

    Yeah I know it's pretty minuscule as far as bonuses go but it helps..

    Willpower does trigger against Heal Block.

    If you watch closely when the heal block expires, you'll see a single tick of Willpower-based healing as the block expires.

    So it seems pretty likely the armour is still up as well.

    If it is a heal block debuff, it does interact with it
