I can't go in my crystal tab

Just gonna cut to the chase, I am unable to get in my crystal tab since the start of October and no one can address I'm very disappointed in how the lag has got this bad please find a way to fix this kabam.

Hey DANTEPLAYMCOC, I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing lag and are unable to access the Crystal section of the game.

There are large number of devices capable of running the game and as a result, there a many different reasons why one person may experience lag when compared to someone else who experienced the same problem. However, we're always working on new ways to make improvements to help make the game run smoother on as many devices as possible.
