Iceman is the ultimate utility champ, what with the fact that he has 3 immunities and can tank sp3 with ice armor, which saves you from the defenders that just won't be baited into a special. Only a few champs are immune to cold debuffs, which makes iceman pretty useful all-around. He just doesn't rely on one tactic, which makes him useful in most any situation.

Her attack is awful against bleed immunes lol. 50% of her damage comes from the bleed damage. Not to mention all her abilities stop working without bleeds, cause you can't refresh any of her debuffs anymore.
