It really depends, get both of them up eventually. Domino is great for defense and attack so if you need a strong defender go for her, she also is really good for labyrinth since she can get infinite parries with the massacre synergy which is really helpful for some fights. Starky is a better offensive champion and overall better for labyrinth but you can't really go wrong with either.
