****We're looking to replace a mid-level player in our group who wants a break from the game and a heavy hitter over 450k who's life has become too busy with a new job.
****I have my own backup account in the alliance currently and would rather have someone with an active primary account 300k+. I prefer not to run 2 accounts.
COMMUNITY
Our COMMUNITY comes first and foremost. We're a place of fun, friendship, respect, positivity, and comfort, and we're entirely willing to accept developing players (unless we specifically need a heavy hitter). Everyone's ideas, preferences, and goals matter to us and we work hard to accommodate everyone in the best way possible. We do not allow cursing in chat to keep it positive and comfortable for everyone as well.
SCHEDULE AND ACTIVITY EXPECTATIONS
We intentionally try to keep a BALANCED SCHEDULE so you can have a life outside of the game. We do not expect the game to be more important than anything in real life. We try to run AW in between AQ weeks to maintain balance and we run wars with 2 Battlegroups because some people do not like war or do not yet have a roster to effectively participate. This also allows for a casual element for players that want to focus on growth, or just to be less allocated. For those that are not in war that want to participate, roster growth to eventually be able to participate is expected. For AQ and AW, we do expect activity multiple times a day because we do not feel it is a huge burden to make a few moves on a BG map for the team. While we are always reasonable in our scheduling for game/life balance and our expectations (life comes FIRST), we do expect everyone to do their part.
ALLIANCE WAR (2100+ war rating! - Gold 3 last season)
We aim to launch AW 2x per week with 2 BGs, but are always willing to consider more war, if needed (as long as people don't mind reducing AQ to do so). We're very good at war and coordination. We have assigned BG leads that coordinate movement throughout the 24 hour attack period and defensive leads that arrange defense prior. We defeat alliances with far better rosters regularly.
ALLIANCE QUEST
As of right now, we'll run 3 different AQ groups in whatever map arrangement that makes sense. Right now we run about 4 total map 5s, 4 total map 4s, and 7 map 3s. We may add more map 5, however, we want to make sure to keep donations reasonable for everyone. We do not seek or intend to be all out map 5x5x3 and require high donations.
SKILL-BUILDING
We have a very experienced and knowledgeable leadership, ready to help you grow. We focus very much on SKILL-building in the game and helping each other learn how to fight with certain champs, fight against more difficult champs, beat certain nodes or buffs, etc. In fact, we have a dedicated chat channel for learning and we share strategies and tips all the time. Sometimes we'll also post videos of how to beat difficult champs or feature cool facts about champs most may not think of.
OTHER GENERAL STUFF
We have several arena grinders in our alliance, but there are no requirements for you other than donations for AQ, which will be per battle group. As you can probably tell, we are very organized in how we approach our activities. We are not about chasing rewards, but we will work to promote the interests of everyone in the alliance. If we decide to do achieve something together, we'll go for it TOGETHER.
