What does vision sp3 phased mean?

Sometimes when using vision sp3 it say phased what does it mean and what will happen with that?any answer will really be thankful

He shrugs off debuffs when phased, should be in his description about his l3 iirc.

It's practically useless though because he's bleed and poison immune. You can phase off fatigues I guess lol
