5* Doc Oc to R3 or 4* Sparky to R5?

both currently unduped. I have a 4* AG that I'm planning on using on Sparky.

If you need a top boss-killer, then Sparky. If you need someone to lead the questing and clear the path for you, then Doc. Oc.

Eventually, BOTH of them to be ranked up, without any doubt.
