Classic daredevil not evading

Anyone seen where classic dd is not evading everything even at Sig level 99? Can this happen or is it a silent nerf?

He only evade protiled

I have a 99 DD and I can confirm he evades all projectiles. I used him in the Webslinger Challenge and was not touched once by a Spiderman SP1.

It seems to happen vs the collector.. doesn't seem to evade all his projectiles

Because the collector reduces your ability accuracy. Therefore you will not be able to evade his specials the entire battle
