X23 regen

Has anyone experienced that x23's regen chance has gone up in the past few days?it procs so much more often now!

Was it always 15%? I thought it was 7%.

Well, then I guess OP just had a string of good regen proc RNG.

I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary when using my r4 5* X-23.
