Advice for dealing with On-Season War death depression

Greetings. Beknown to us all, Alliance War Seasons is a fun, interactive and highly competitive game mode that rewards Alliances with great resources. Of course the more you win, the higher your Alliance ranking & better rewards. However, this comes at a cost; immense pressure to not die. I typically attempt to not k.o before at least reaching the main minibosses/boss but the paranoia of possibly getting kicked for costing the Alliance a death that could have meant a win can be quite consuming. I'm sure most if not all of us feel it, especially at higher tiers. Any advice on how to deal with the stress of dying & losing psyche for the rest of the war?

see it as, it's just a game **** happens, don't take it personal man there's just some crazy people they treat this game like a religion

Find an alliance that plays for fun.
We want to win but if we don't we don't.
No one has to spend in our alliance and no one will be kicked for dying a few times
