Which 5 star Tech is worth an Awakening gem??

I've gotten an Awakening Gem for a tech 5 star. I recently took up the game again, so I only have 3 5 stars! Now i'm hoping for a tech 5 star to awaken, but who are good enough?
Is it worth holding on to the gem until I get one of the really good ones to awaken?

Wait for Starlord and Stark Spiddey. Thats what I'm doing as well. I have 38 5* champs but only 4tech champs but all not worth the awakening. So Thats why I suggest just wait and hope you get lucky.

I actually love Vision as a 4 star. He's frequently used! Once I learned to use him, to power control I was stuck!

Lol ghost doesn’t need it at all. Sparky actually benefits a ton from his awakened ability. Without it his crits are kinda shallow comparatively.
