Just pulled a 5* voodoo from a featured should I upgrade him past 1 if I have a 4* Awakened at 4/40

You could bring him up to rank 2 if you want but he isn't really rank worthy till he is awakened

Don’t bring him anywhere until he is duped. You can upgrade him, but don’t rank him since you already have a duped 4*
