Special 1 issue

Since the update yesterday I can't seem to land any sp1 with any champs. Playing obviously as I usually do and never had problems before but my sp1 are constantly getting blocked. Anyone else having issues like this?

Maybe all the champs you're using have slow startups on their specials. That, combined with the already present special blocking bug (that I'm pretty sure hasn't been patched yet), could be the problem.
