How can I communicate with some one from Kabam?
Every time I open a ticket they send me only robot messages, and I don't have an answer for my questions.

Unfortunately is about a baned account, and is more than 6months and I don't have a answer for my problem.
I really need to talk about this problem and I need to solve it.
