Irreclamable kinetic reactor node bug

this node says that the opponent accumulates power only if it hits you while it covers you, because it is with a bug since it is accumulating power when I hit it. this can be repaired on the server as well as supreme symbiont so please do not take the month ...

It's not a bug, they still gain power when you hit them, there's just the added bonus of them gaining power when they hit your block.
