Rogue replicate doesn't work on Special 3

I was just playing against a Dr Strange. I replicated his Agamotto's Insight buff during the fight and could use benefits. But then I replicated his Oshtur's Refuge buff and right after that (before Rogue's replicate timer was off) he went into a Special 3 attack. The buff didn't work at all and it was removed after the SP3. I believe there's a bug where the "touch timer" expires when the opponent goes into SP3.
