When do we get the crystal upgrades?

Got my titles this morning but my daily and 4 hour crystals havent changed

The daily crystals won't change until everyone has the new titles

Since this a fluid update (i.e no update through the App Store); They are still working out the kinks.

At least that is my thinking.
