Logging in forever

Hey guys,i'm playing in Sony Xperia z1 and i got an issues where you cant login or even load it.In the loading page its only showing logging in forever.I've close the app,restarted the phone,and even reinstalled it,nothing worked.
Recently i got sony exclusive in mail which gave me somekind of resources but i dont think this issues because of this.
Please help me,any advice or suggestion,i wanna play.
