Video proof the ST/KM synergy does not stop Buffet Node

I figured the easiest way to capture this was against a skill champ on buffet.

10 hits procs a fury and induces an armor break with ST. So, buffet should be negated by the debuff.

As you can see, it is not.

Well, with the synergy, inflicting a debuff should reduce ability accuracy by 100% for 0.7 seconds
Buffet should be negated because of the debuff (armor break) being applied

Probably it has something to do with abilities triggering at the same time. The buff should proc after the debuff, not before or at the same time

It’s an order of operations thing, ST/KM does prevent buffet from proccing the heal in the .7 second window as seen in the following video. However the fury in the OPs video triggers before the .7 second AAR debuff is affecting the defender.

Yup, thanks for testing it out and clarifying. I did however specificaly say it may not work so I’m not sure where you get me arguing for it. All my assertions have been proven (100% ability accuracy negates buffet) and my questions on the matter have been answered (does the simultaneous armor break plus fury negate buffet?).

With the KM synergy Sabre definitely does stop the regen of Aegon when he his parried and hit on every 10th hit.

I have a video of fighting Aegon and he didn’t regen once the entire fight. He was down in 27 hits.

ST/KM stops masochism not buffet
The only way you could stop buffet with those 2 is by applying a debuff then within 0.7 seconds proc your buff which then would negate the regen from buffet.
