He’s arguably even worth an R3. I personally don’t think his sig ability is that stellar.

I took him to R3 after guys got stuck on arc overload Ultron in war. I took him out with Hood at R2.

Use him, get used to his abilities and he's a great champ. Crits stagger opponent (they don't get buffs), s2 hex/go invisible, s1 shock that stuns when it expires.

The only downfall I've seen is he hits pretty soft.

Hood is awesome. Worth a rank 3 or 4 if you ask me.

I have 5* unduped at R3. He is well worth. His L2 is awesome and you need to be invisible as often as possible. There are many times when invisibility saved my mistake.

He's a "poor man's" Scarlet Witch. Mine is R3 and would probably R4 if the resources to do it were more readily available

Caveat: If you do arenas.

r2 5* == r4 4*
Teams of these keep you safe from random death squads once you are in infinite streak
Teams of r1 5* and/or r3 4* are vulnerable to death squads.

That being said, Hood is a great champ, especially within the mystic class.
