Gifting/Earning Tier 4 Class Catalysts

Hi!,

Does anyone know the fastest way to get T4 Skill CC's? I need to rank up a five star very much.

Also, is it possible to gift catalysts.

If it is, and you have an extra, you know, might as well donate...

You cannot gift catalysts. The best way to get them is through AQ, glory store, or Acts 4 & 5. Also if you’re uncollected, doing the uncollected EQ gives a full T4C.
