Suggestions for roster improvement

Looking for suggestions on which champs to be ranking up next (no T5 basic yet, so Blade isn’t an option at this time). My main goals at this time are making Uncollected quests easier with fewer potions/units as a FTP player, and same for RoL. Thanks!

    Pictures didn’t post in the order I selected them - should be the one with Blade first, then Yondu, then Doctor Voodoo, then Proxima Midnight. Sorry!
