I bought 300$ worth of stark spider man crystals and got 2 3* and the rest 2*.........wtf. I have been playing a long time and spent a lot of money. This is ridiculous. I want a refund or my champ. I think I played my worth for him. Thinking of actually quitting. Can someone explain this to me at all or do anything?

    No you didn't pay his worth, you payed the worth for a Chance to get him, never buy featured crystals again man.

    This one isn't exactly on Kabam, as you've kind of admitted. The problem is, as you said, the bugs. Kabam has shot themselves in the foot until they ran out of bullets, and it makes us mad. It makes us so mad that we take the gun from Kabam, after they've finished shooting themselves of course, and pump more bullets into it to shoot Kabam with, even if they don't deserve it. If this had happened pre-12.0, you probably would've snapped your fingers and said "Aw man!". Now, you, as well as the rest of us, are looking for things to yell at Kabam about. We're sharks in the water, and we smell Kabam's blood. (Because they shot themselves. Duh.)

    When you gamble, the house always wins.

    How you spend your money is your business. If you throw it away on remote chances of getting anything good, then it is on you. That is why I haven't spent a penny on this game. It isn't worth the risk of getting nothing. Even the "specials" where you get guaranteed items are very bad deals. But as long as people keeping throwing away their money, companies will give them a way to do it.

    Agreed else, people seem to fail to understand Gacha in here, the whole game is based around it. Remember your daily crystal? When do you ever,EVER get catalysts from it, yet when you see the animation that's what you see spinning the most.

    The signs are obvious if you look. Every single crystal is a basic gambles a chance spin and the odds of getting what you think you deserve are less than 1%, and they always have been.

    Sorry to be blunt, but spending real money is your own fault, I do personally think using cash should get you a higher chance, as you are paying real money, but in reality you get the same chance I do from a shard crystal I earned from the calendar, it takes no notice of money, how much you spent, the crystal is the same free or not.

    That to me is slightly callous and dubious indeed!
