How to withdraw ticket I raised? I did not find chapter 1 variant difficulty rewards. Turned out to be visual bug.

I have raised the ticket but want to withdraw it since I have the rewards. How to close ticket from my end?

It'll resolve itself. They'll send you an email saying they couldn't identify the problem. Just concur with them.
