So I recently obtained 3 tech t4cc.
Here are my options:
- 4* Starky (Duped sig30)
- 5* IMIW
- 4* Sentinel
- 4* Rocket
- 4* Star Lord

So I think it is pretty straight forward but yeah. I don't have any ag so I can't awaken star lord or any of that sort of stuff.

    I had the same problem (with a tech AG on hand as well)

    I took Spark to R5 and awakened SL, he still sits at R4.
