The excange of characters between summoners V.2

(Sorry, my english maybe bad)Almost the same as the first version. But the exchange can be made once a mounth and only champions with the same stars. Well, how many more problems in this idea?

Or can be changed, for example, 5* for 4,3,2 or 1* champions, but + 100'000 gold for 5* on 4*, for example. 5* on 5*- free

No, even same star champs are not close to equal. This would still lead to multiple accounts and top champ farming. No version of trade will ever work
